New employees will receive login name from recruitment administration during their onboarding. The system may prompt you to enter the so-called companyID, which is also listed in the letter. You can also find details for how to login on the information card that is included in the letter.
To set a login password, use Lexi voicebot.
I do not remember the password, how can I get for a new one?
It is simple. If you have a company e-mail, you are easily able to reset your password by yourself. Press ‘‘Question mark‘‘ next to password on your homepage. The system will transfer you to another page, where you will be asked to insert your business e-mail address. After that, you will receive link for password reset to your e-mail.
In case you do not have company account, you can use Lexi voicebot (call 800 44 55 77) at any time to obtain a new password. For more details about the voicebot, go to “Guides” section and search the Lexi guide.

Now we have ready modules such as: employee rewarding, e-learning courses, recruitment, performance and goals management and newly electronic signatures.
