We have two system improvements in myFOX for you.
It is easier way for creating new position (chair) in the structure. We have simplified and accelerated the process by removing two approval steps. The approval process has a new face:

By creating a position using “Add equivalent position” or “Add lower level position”, you are able to get all data from the copied position. This reduce administrative tasks and increase automation. The “Add position” icon have been removed.
