The two-day seminar covered topics:
LEADER AND THEIR ROLE (clarifying the role of a leader, 3 principles of a good leader, demanding complete and accurate work, clarity, and unambiguity in leadership, how to increase the leader’s accountability)
MOTIVATING PEOPLE (how to motivate your team members, motivational levels, the process of motivation)
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS (creating a positive work environment versus dealing with issues and tension in the team – the impact on performance and work relationships)
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (understanding emotions and how to work with them in oneself and others)
CLEAR DEFINITION OF WORK (the desired output of each employee – ensuring everyone knows exactly what they need to do, what is expected of them, and the outcome of their work)
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION – TEAMWORK
Participants will gain proven tips and recommendations from real-life experiences, which they can immediately apply not only in the workplace but also in their personal lives.
