Feedback Essentials

Content:
Participants will learn basic tips and principles for providing feedback, whether it is positive or negative. We will cover the topic from A to Z – starting from the actual preparation of the feedback to delivering it to the addressed individual and considering future steps (if necessary). The workshop will also include a practical segment where participants can apply the knowledge they have learned and share their own experiences.
