Feedback Essentials

Participants will learn the essential tips and principles for giving and receiving feedback, whether positive or negative. The workshop will cover the topic comprehensively, from preparation and personal reflection to delivering feedback to the intended recipient and taking any necessary follow-up actions. The workshop will include a practical segment where participants can practice applying feedback techniques on real-life examples. We’ll also focus on integrating the feedback topic with the myFox system, including a live demonstration of its system functionality for feedback. Throughout the workshop, there will be time for participants to share their experiences.
Preparation before the Workshop:
Participants should individually consider and prepare responses to the following questions prior to the workshop:
What challenges do you face regarding feedback? (Include a specific example from work or personal life, based on your preference.)
When did you last receive feedback? What was it about, and how did you respond? (Include a specific example from work or personal life, based on your preference.)
When did you last give feedback? What was it about, and how did the recipient respond? (Include a specific example from work or personal life, based on your preference.)
How often, and in what form, do you give or receive feedback within your team?
Do you feel that you receive sufficient feedback from your manager? Yes / No? Why do you feel this way?
