Content:
Through this workshop, participants will define communication in difficult situations. They will be informed about: how to control communication in difficult situations better in different contexts and they will adopt the way how to communicate with specific persons.

Target Group:
All employees who solve conflict situation and they want to develop yourself in communication skills. Course is primary realized in Czech language.
