Content:
Lean – basic information about LEAN principles, typical examples. Six Sigma – Basic information about Six Sigma principles, introduction to statistics, DMAIC cycle – explanation of each step, its meaning and usage of tools. Quality tools – introduction to 7 basic tools of Quality, typical examples and introduction to new quality tools, Practical exercises – usage of DMAIC.

Target Group:
Employee who are interested in training LEAN Yellow Belt. Course is primary realized in Czech language.
