Content:
Interactive course focused on practical exercises and skills leading to stress overcoming. Participants will realize connection between psychical and physical living and between stress and daily regime. They will learn differentiate between short-term and long-term stress and how to overcome it. They will also explore their own mind models, that are braking or helping theirs development. They will learn methods, how to prevent stress and how to archive relaxed feeling and overview. They will be introduced to relax techniques and methods to control stress and they will practice them.
Target group:
All employees, who want reduce stress. This course is primary realized in Czech language.
