Do you want to learn how the basic principles of Zero Defect and LEAN work in practice? How to make your administration work much easier and how the principles can be used in everyday activities? Then check out ‘SmartFun’ training which introduces the basics of Zero Defect and LEAN. You can try to name different types of waste by observing the production area during the visit there. Thanks to this team game, which allows you to see the process from the customer’s view, participants can use the tools from the previous theoretical part in practice.

If the participant cancels less than 5 days before the training date, he is obliged to provide a substitute.
