SmartFun 2.0

Content:

The course follows the SmartFun Zero Defect training. For example, during a new team activity, you will learn how to detect and combat waste in your daily activities, how to proceed with value analysis, but also how to balance processes and much more. The training also includes basic lean calculations.

The minimum number of participants per term is 8 and the maximum number is 11. If a participant cancels registration less than 5 days before the training date, he is obliged to arrange a replacement.

Target group:

All IL employees. Previous completion of the SmartFun Zero Defect basic course is not a condition for participation. The course is realised in Czech. Regarding the English version or a special date only for your department, please contact the lecturers (Veronika Vernerová, Tereza Vrátilová).
