For 1st and 3rd target group (6 hours training): Grading – dimensions, methodologies, rules for grades – distances Pay strategy vs. Pay practice % C/R and market movement. Rules for changes of base salaries + case studies Annual salary review – merit process Wage components IL + DL (flexibility, type of work, competence supplement, performance bonus…) Extraordinary rewards, the process of adjusting the base salaries of HRBP cooperation vs. leader (FairPay).Benefits.
Content for 2nd target group (2 hours training): DL salaries management + DL Wage components (flexibility, type of work, competence supplement, performance bonus…) Extraordinary rewards and benefits.

Target group:
This course is directly assigned to Learning in myFOX to all leaders and thus for them there is no need to ask for this course through Development. This course may also be relevant for employees in a non-leader position (e.g. for those who are preparing to become managers) – in this case ask for assigning of this course in myFOX through your employee’s profile – Development.
