Project management training

Content:
This is a training course where participants will get to know the basics of project management, learn the basic principles of managing projects opened within the plant in Kutná hora, including practical exercises that will help you master the basic techniques and approaches of project management or collaboration on it. The training also briefly extends to portfolio management of the entire F division and the project management system itself (Project On-Line).

Target Group:
ILL employees from F group.
