Content:

During the interactive workshops you will learn basic information about project management:
– definition and importance of project in the company
– project roles / project teams and responsibilities
– defining and formulating a clear and measurable project goal
– how to effectively start, plan, manage and end a project
– basic tools and process of project management
– 6 FLOW

Target group:
All IL employees who lead or participate in project planning or/and project managing.
