Introduction to Agile Methods and Scrum

Content:
In the course you will learn why we are talking about agile development, then you will receive information about the Cynefin model and learn when it is appropriate to use an agile approach. During the training, you will also look at the history of the Agile Manifesto and then go to the core of Agility and the context with our company – project vs. product management.
You will learn about various agile approaches and get to know the Scrum framework in detail. At the end of the training, you will look at the practical implementation during development on SWD, in case of interest, also expansion outside of IT (e.g. HR, Banks, StartUp’s….).

Target Group:
All employees who can use this knowledge in their work.
