ICAR/IPAN – Quality Academy Pardubice

Content:
Familiarization with internal tools for resolving identified process discrepancies – escalation, resolution procedure, records and requirements. It includes a demonstration of practical use on specific examples from D and G groups. IPAN – In-process Abnormality Notice, ICAR – Internal Corrective Action Record.

Target group: All employees involved in resolving nonconformities.
