Content:
The importance of feedback in continuous improvement.
Development of key soft skills – active listening, empathy, teamwork.
Practical part – model situations of providing and receiving feedback, analysis of real examples from practice within the improvement proposal program, joint discussion on how to improve communication between individual teams and support a culture of sharing ideas.

Outcome:
Participants will learn the principles of effective communication and providing constructive feedback, which support an open corporate culture and contribute to better processing of improvement proposals.
