Course of the project management with e-learning

Content:
Start of the project, Structure and logic of the project, Management of the project, Realisation and Completion of the project. Course can be supplemented by module 5 – Practical certification, which will prepare you for eventual certification according to IPMA® či NSK.
The course include e-learning. As part of the study you will learn to practically use all important project management tools on training project and you will get the sample solution of the all key methods for your work on the project. At the end of the course you will be prepared for the internationally recognized IPMA® (International Project Manager Association) certification as well as for the verification of professional qualifications in PM according to Act 179/2006 Coll.
