We introduce JOBka
a mobile app that will bring a lot of new and useful features to your working world. Forget about searching for information in different places! Everything you need to know about what’s happening in the company, benefits, job opportunities, the company canteen menu and much more is now in one place, right on your mobile phone. JOBka is not just a tool, it’s your everyday helper that makes work easier and saves time. Wherever you are, JOBka brings you important information quickly, clearly and whenever you need it. Enter the world of JOBka and discover how easy and convenient it can be to find all the essentials in one place.
Friendly Miss JOBka
You may have already had the opportunity to meet members of our fun monster family who accompanied us in the communication campaign to introduce the myFOX system. This family will support us this time as well, so we welcome its youngest member – the always helpful and friendly Miss JOBka, who will help you discover all the functions of the application and at the same time show you how to get the most out of it. Miss JOBka is here to guide you through the entire process!

How to start?
The app will be available from 24. 2. 2025. The procedure is easy:
Download the JOBka app
the app is available for free download in the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android). Just search for “JOBka” and install it on your mobile device.
Sign up
After downloading the app, enter your personal ID number (found on your ID card) and scan your personal QR code, which you can find on your profile in the myFOX HR system.

Another option is to visit the JOBka registration website, where we will be happy to help you with registration. In addition, there will be small rewards waiting for you as a thank you for activating JOBka. The registration website will be available at various company locations at the end of February 2025 – specific dates and locations will be announced in due course.
JOBka ambassadors:
your support always at hand
The ambassadors of the new application are the colleagues from production and the office who are enthusiastic about JOBka, have the necessary information about the application and its functioning, and are always at hand. They are your first point of contact in case of confusion. Who is the ambassador for your team? You will find out from your manager.

Discover the world of JOBka
JOBka brings you a number of practical modules – let’s take a closer look at them:
Latest news and announcements is your guide to what’s happening in your company. This module ensures that you always have an overview of all important announcements, instructions or events, conveniently in one place. Each message is easy to read and can include attachments or links so you don’t miss anything important.
In the Our Benefits module you will find a complete overview of all the benefits offered by the company. No more searching for how to use your benefits – everything is clearly explained here, with practical instructions to make it easier for you to use them.
Do you want to express your opinion, give feedback or get involved in decision-making? The Polls module allows you to do so. Through polls, questionnaires and surveys, you can participate in company events and share your thoughts. This module is also used to confirm important documents or register for events.
If you are looking for new opportunities or want to recommend a friend for an open position, visit the Job Opportunities Here you will find an overview of open positions, including details of their job description and requirements. This module supports the “Employee Referral Program”.
Do you have questions you are looking for answers to? The Ask module will make it easier for you to communicate with the company. Simply send your question to the relevant department and you will receive the answer directly in the application. The module also allows you to add attachments such as documents or photos.
For employees who like to trade or share, there is the Marketplace You can sell, buy or exchange items within the company community. This space is secure and respects the rules of ethical behaviour, allowing you to interact comfortably with colleagues. We have prepared detailed rules of use for the Marketplace to ensure that everything is fair and safe.
Lunch planning can be done with the Menu, which shows the current menu including ingredients, allergens and prices.
The myFOX module offers easy access to the HR system with a range of essential functionalities.
And finally My JOBka World, your signpost to useful information. Here you’ll find everything from weather, timetables and sports news to tips for trips and cultural events. This module connects your work and personal life and makes your daily life easier.
A language you understand
JOBka can communicate in nine languages: Czech, English, Mongolian, Ukrainian, Russian, Romanian, Polish, Bulgarian, Vietnamese. The app will automatically display in the language you have set on your mobile phone. If you are using a language other than one of these nine, you will see JOBka in English. Of course, you can also change the preferred language of JOBka, and you can do this directly in the app – in the “Settings” tile.
Security and data protection
JOBka is designed with maximum emphasis on security:
- Data protection: your data is protected in accordance with GDPR and ISO 27001.
- Technical security: according to the security of the mobile phone – PIN code, Face ID or Touch ID. The app does not require access to GPS or user’s photo gallery. The camera function is used to scan the registration QR code, or when adding attachments (e.g. photos) to forms.
