Feedback can be both hurtful and helpful. It depends on how we give and receive it. In this interactive workshop, you will try different approaches to giving and receiving feedback. You will learn to speak openly, respectfully and without confrontation. You will gain practical tools and phrases that will make difficult conversations easier – whether it is about appreciation, correction or sensitive situations.

Workshop objectives:
• Strengthen open communication and the ability to give feedback with confidence
• Try different approaches – from non-violent communication to radical openness
• Practice real situations – how to react when emotions take over
