This workshop will teach you how to turn ordinary information into messages that have an impact. You will discover the power of storytelling in everyday communication – from morning meetings to explaining changes in production. Thanks to storytelling, you will be able to give meaning to things, increase understanding and willingness to cooperate, and your messages will be understandable, engaging and human.

You will learn:
• How to turn ordinary information into messages that people perceive and accept
• Why stories work and how to use them even in a technical environment
• How to explain complex processes simply – using the metaphor and STAR structure
• How to handle objections and turn even “unpleasant” messages into a meaningful story
• How to adapt messages to different audiences – from the team to management
