Dual use of export licence

Content:
Mandatory training as part of obtaining a global export license for material and dual-use goods. Both of these licenses serve the purpose of our capabilitz for our customers – obtaining a new project (PS), the ability to send MRB material for repair, etc. The training is therefore aimed at familiarizing yourself with the ICP, the in-house program for export control, which regulates the functioning of the entire export process of the concerned material.

• Introduction to the isues of Dual – use, legislation
• Interpretation of the procedure for classifying dual – use goods
• Practical classification workshop on specific products including practice

Target group:
Product engineers, logistics, program managers and other positions, which are primary responsible for the correct classification of material and goods into the category (not to be confused with the HS code).
