“As you think, so you live.” Explore the power of thoughts and the power of words. Learn to be positive and improve your life. No one can do it for you but yourself. Have you attended a course of “Stress Management” and would you like to be reminded of some things or deepen your understanding of this topic? Or maybe you have decided that you want to focus more on the things that make you happier and more satisfied in life.
Most of this is about your mindset, and the fortunate thing is that it can be improved throughout your life. This workshop is centered on cultivating positive thinking, and as part of the session, you will conduct an assessment of positive emotions, among other activities.

• Working with attitudes
• Get inspired by techniques that help maintain positive thinking
It is a follow-up course to the “Stress Management” workshop.
