During the course, you will learn about the introduction to Lean manufacturing, how it originated. You will get acquainted with the terms JIDOKA, JUST IN TIME, Kaizen, Standardized work, Heijunka. You will learn 7 + 2 basic wastes. You will also learn about the Gemba Walk theory and the 5S
