Lean Practitioner and Kaizen Event

Content:
On the basis of practical observations, the participants identify opportunities for improvement. We will introduce, explain and immediately realize each tool, technique and approach in the simulation. 2 days are organized in meeting room and next days in production in real working enviroment via Kaizen event technique.

Theoretical knowledge and practical skills are passed on using the situation in the production, detailed training materials, instructor’s lecture and examples from other processes. The participants immediately apply them to the process. They physically suggest a change, realize it and test its functionality and a long-term sustainability.

LEAN PRACTITIONER creates synergy in the team and motivates the participants to hold a workshop in their own process.
