Gemba Walk

Gemba walk is an interactive workshop, where you will get to know the lean tool called Gemba walk. Gemba walk represents an activity, where management or predetermined responsible employees observe real production processes with their own eyes – directly on the production floor. The product “journey” is tracked from start to finish with a focus on identifying wastage.
